We are sports and fitness enthusiasts that love to work with people. Our bootcamps are mostly held on the beach. They will be fun but intense as well.
The required age for our bootcamps is 16 years or up. All ages under that age are not allowed to work out with us due to the fact that their bodies are still growing.
Our bootcamps are being held in the open air. We do simple exercises with (body)weight. You can think of the battlerope, biceps curl and kettlebelts. Core stability is not being forgotten. Ofcourse these are only a few example of what we use and do.
During our bootcamp you work alone, as a couple or in a small group.

My name is Jordy Yefet I’m 24 years old and work as a marine at the Royal Dutch marines. Because of my job I have learned discipline and how to work with a group. This creates a bond and makes sure that you can help each other.
To be fit is a choice that only you can make and to get fit requires 100% effort. Before I joined the Marines I have got my degree in sport-services and security. For my entire life I have been doing sports with a lot of pleasure. I like to help people with their goals in a fun and active way because I think that if your body is strong you will feel mentally good as well.

My name is Ricardo van Vliet I’m 25 years old and a certified sports instructor. During my high school period I have practiced a lot of sports.
I have a passion for sports and during my high school I have been given the chance to extend my passion with knowledge. I like to do sports especially when it is with others so you can help each other to be better, fitter and stronger. I strive to make people move with a smile and with a lot of joy.
