INTRO

Do you want to become fitter, stronger and/or slimmer? And that in a nice and sportive way? Enter our bootcamp class now! Our bootcamp classes will make you have a physical challenge which requires a maximum effort.

We are sports and fitness enthusiasts that love to work with people. Our bootcamps are mostly held on the beach. They will be fun but intense as well.

The required age for our bootcamps is 16 years or up. All ages under that age are not allowed to work out with us due to the fact that their bodies are still growing.

BOOTCAMPS

Our bootcamps are being held in the open air. We do simple exercises with (body)weight. You can think of the battlerope, biceps curl and kettlebelts. Core stability is not being forgotten. Ofcourse these are only a few example of what we use and do.

During our bootcamp you work alone, as a couple or in a small group.

With this way of training you take every muscle of your body. The attention is being paid mostly on the large muscle groups. Furthermore is endurance being improved which makes the chance on a stroke smaller because of improvement of the blood flow in the muscles. Because of an improved endurance you resist yourself from getting bacterial infections, flu, diabetes, high blood pressure and injuries.

If you are interested in changing your way of living we can help you with that. We provide nutrition plans at well. With our bigger packages you will get a nutrition plan included.

Killian Phealen is our certified nutritionist. He can help you with your nutrition by making a personalized nutrition plan.

NUTRITION

A personalized nutrition plan is a balanced diet that will keep you healthy as we all know, but why is this? Eating vegetables and fruits for instance keeps you healthy because of all the vitamins and minerals they contain. But you can’t just eat vegetables and fruits all day, your body also needs protein, carbs and unsaturated fats.
A lot of people find it hard to make a nutrition plan for themselves, because they don’t exactly know what they should or shouldn’t eat. That’s why we can provide you with these plans, please contact us for more information about the process and prices of your own, personalized nutrition plan.

THE INSTRUCTORS

Main instructor: Jordy Yefet

 

My name is Jordy Yefet I’m 24 years old and work as a marine at the Royal Dutch marines. Because of my job I have learned discipline and how to work with a group. This creates a bond and makes sure that you can help each other.

To be fit is a choice that only you can make and to get fit requires 100% effort. Before I joined the Marines I have got my degree in sport-services and security. For my entire life I have been doing sports with a lot of pleasure. I like to help people with their goals in a fun and active way because I think that if your body is strong you will feel mentally good as well.

My name is Ricardo van Vliet I’m 25 years old and a certified sports instructor. During my high school period I have practiced a lot of sports.

 

I have a passion for sports and during my high school I have been given the chance to extend my passion with knowledge. I like to do sports especially when it is with others so you can help each other to be better, fitter and stronger. I strive to make people move with a smile and with a lot of joy.
